Shipping, Delivery & Fraud Prevention Policy

Order Processing

All orders are subject to verification before shipment. Orders flagged as high-risk, high-value, or potentially fraudulent may require additional confirmation prior to fulfillment. We reserve the right to delay, cancel, or refund any order that cannot be successfully verified.

Identity & Payment Verification

To prevent fraud, we may require one or more of the following before shipping:

  • Government-issued photo ID

  • Proof of payment method ownership (matching name on card and ID)

  • Written email confirmation from the customer

Orders will only be shipped once verification is successfully completed and confirmed. By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to these verification requirements.

Shipping Methods & Signature Confirmation

  • All high-value orders ship with signature confirmation required.

  • Delivery is considered complete once the carrier confirms delivery to the provided address, including signature capture when applicable.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is accurate and accessible for delivery.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been:

  • Successfully verified

  • Shipped to the address provided at checkout

  • Marked Delivered by the carrier (with signature confirmation when required)

Responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not liable for:

  • Claims of unauthorized purchase after verification

  • Claims of non-receipt when carrier tracking confirms delivery

  • Chargebacks filed after confirmed delivery

Chargebacks & Disputes

We vigorously dispute all chargebacks involving:

  • Verified identity and payment method

  • Carrier-confirmed delivery

  • Signature confirmation

  • Customer email communication confirming the transaction

Any attempt to falsely dispute a legitimate charge may be considered fraud and reported to:

  • Payment processors

  • Fraud prevention networks

  • Law enforcement agencies when applicable

Customers who file chargebacks on verified and delivered orders may be permanently banned from future purchases.

Refused, Returned, or Undeliverable Packages

  • Refused or returned shipments may be subject to restocking and shipping fees.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer are not eligible for a full refund.
