Return/Warranty Policy
Tony’s Treasures stands behind the quality of the items we sell. New items may be returned within 7 days of purchase only if they have been unsealed and are confirmed defective. Used or pre-owned items may be returned within 14 days of purchase only if they are not functioning properly or were damaged prior to purchase. We do not accept returns for change of mind or for damage caused after purchase. A valid receipt is required for all returns, and all items are subject to inspection before approval. Tony’s Treasures reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
