Refund & Returns Policy

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Buyerโ€™s remorse

  • Incorrect purchases

  • Accidental orders

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Wear, misuse, modification, or improper handling after purchase

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

Eligible Returns (Limited Exceptions)

Returns are only accepted if the item meets both of the following conditions:

  1. The item was not functioning or damaged prior to shipment, while still in our possession

  2. The issue is reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery

Proof may be required, including photos or videos showing the issue upon receipt.

Condition Verification

All items are:

  • Inspected and tested prior to shipment

  • Documented for condition and functionality

  • Shipped in protective packaging

Any damage, malfunction, or defect caused after delivery is not eligible for return or refund.

Electronics, Consoles & High-Value Items

For electronics, consoles, and high-value items:

  • Serial numbers are recorded prior to shipment

  • Items showing signs of use, tampering, part swapping, or modification are not eligible for return

  • Returned items that do not match original condition or serial numbers will be rejected

Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-returnable under all circumstances:

  • Used or opened items

  • Digital goods or codes

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, drops, liquid exposure, or power issues after delivery

Refund Method

If a return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item passes inspection

We reserve the right to issue a replacement or store credit instead of a refund at our discretion.

Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims

Chargebacks filed for:

  • Delivered items

  • Verified purchases

  • Claims outside the allowed return window

will be formally disputed. False claims may be considered fraud and reported to payment processors and fraud prevention databases.

Policy Agreement

By placing an order, the customer confirms they have:

  • Read and agreed to this Refund & Returns Policy

  • Accepted the final-sale nature of the transaction

  • Understood the limited eligibility for returns
